HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS:

1. SEND AN EMAIL TO CUSTOMER CARE: shoponline@pastoraortiz.com State your invoice number and the item/s you want to return. 

2. REQUEST PICK-UP: You can request a pick-up from home or another address via your email. POQ will arrange a pick-up service by UPS. Or You can ship your return item/s yourself to our headquarters:

3. PREPARING YOUR RETURN PACKAGE: Place the item/s and a copy of your invoice into a bag or box and seal it well.

4. UPS PICK-UP: Give your package to the Courier making sure the return address is clearly indicated:

In the following days after we’ve received your returned item/s, you will receive your refund. Items will be refunded via the same channel used to make payment. Processing times may vary according to your bank.
